Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

Exceptions include:

• Suspected child abuse or dependant adult or elder abuse must be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities. 
• Threat of serious bodily harm to other(s) must be reported to police and to the intended victim.
• Threat of harmto self or herself - Appropriate and necessary measures will be taken to ensure client safety.
